Mark A. Hall has researched and investigated unexplained natural phenomena and historical mysteries for half a century. For twenty years he has shared the results of his efforts in books and the periodical WONDERS, published from 1992 to 2006. His books currently in print include Thunderbirds: America’s Living Legends of Giant Birds (2004) and True Giants: Is Gigantopithecus Still Alive? (2010), co-authored with Loren Coleman.
Mark self-published several books and his periodical WONDERS as print-on-demand (POD) books. Those titles included The Yeti, Bigfoot & True Giants (2005, 3rd edition), Living Fossils: The Survival of Homo Gardarensis, Neanderthal Man, and Homo Erectus (1999), Lizardmen: The True Story of Mermen and Mermaids (2006, 2nd edition), and Local Color: Special People and Places (2006).
The forty issues of WONDERS were kept in print by combining four issues into their volumes. The result was Best of WONDERS Volumes 1–3 (2002) covering 1992 to 1994 and the remaining volumes 4 through 10 covering the period of 1995 to 2006. The self-published books and WONDERS are now out-of-print and have to be sought in libraries or at used book outlets.
