Examination Copies

If you are a professor and wish to order an examination copy, requests should be emailed to info@cosimobooks.com and include shipping information, the instructor's name and email address, the course title, expected enrollment, and name of the bookstore that will place your order. We offer one free examination copy of our paperbacks (requests for multiple copies and/or hard covers will be considered on a case by case basis).

Desk Copies

Desk copy requests should be emailed to info@cosimobooks.com and include shipping information, the instructor's name and email address, the course name, expected enrollment, and name of the bookstore that has placed your order. In order to qualify for a desk copy you must have adopted a Cosimo title as a required course text and have placed an order for 10+ copies. We offer one free desk copy of our paperbacks for an adopted title ordered through the bookstore. Additional desk copies can be supplied at discounted price.

Review Copies

Review copy requests should be emailed to info@cosimobooks.com and include shipping information, the name of the person requesting the book, contact email and phone number, name of publication, and reason for requesting the book. We offer review copies to media persons who are writing book reviews, author interviews, or related articles. When an article is published, we request that journalists credit both Cosimo and the book by including Cosimo, the book title, and publication date either in the article or as a citation with a link to our website. A sample credit line is as follows:

Suggest out-of-print title for republication

We occasionally receive requests for rare classics that we do not have in our collection. We welcome your requests and want to be responsive by looking into republication possibilities. If there is a title you would like to see us bring back into print, please provide us with as much information as you can, including: book title, author, original publication date, previous publisher, etc. Please email us with your request at info@cosimobooks.com.
